"Of course," Mathias says, taking her by the hand and leading her toward the front door. The dogs are content enough to play in the yard and he doesn't need to worry about them as they head inside.
The first room is much the same as it was before; a larger room with other rooms leading off it. To the left there's the room that used to be Stacy's and straight ahead is the one he'll share with Veronica.
"This is the addition," he says, taking her toward the slightly smaller room to the right.
