"Or a good thing that you happen to live with someone who is, uh, so gorgeous that the rest of us girls are probably just intimidated," Sookie points out with a raise of her brow, because if she'd known about Lucy living with Mathias from the start, she probably wouldn't have had half as easy of a time connecting with him in the beginning. Then again, Sookie thinks to herself, the people on the island are so gorgeous on the whole that it's hard for anyone whose look might be a little more unconventional.

Times like these, she supposes it isn't so bad to be blonde.

"If you really wanted to find someone right now, I'm sure all the girls would come running," Sookie reassures.
