"The idle and the beautiful," Mathias repeats in amusement, trying that out for size. It's certainly not wrong, as it would be difficult not to notice just how attractive most of the island residents are, but he's felt that way about most of his life. Not that he thinks he's more attractive than normal, but he's found himself surrounded by good looking people most of his life.
