Mathias isn't sure he'd go quite that far, but he's still glad to hear Veronica say it and he smiles again, still stroking his fingers through her hair. "Sometimes," he starts, wondering if he's really going to say this and just how embarrassed he'll be at the end, "When I'm thinking about you and I or wondering how to start a conversation, I imagine what my brother would have done.
